Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our support team. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
